HOW IT WORKS

  • Insert a pipe
  • Depending on the inclined structure, jaw opens forwards
  • The spring's elasticity causes the jaw to descend in a reverse direction, making the pipe surface sealed and then binding it more tightly under pressure

INSTALLATION

  • STEP1.PIPE CUTTING
    EZ-JOINT exclusive cutter
    EZ-JOINT dedicated electric cutting machine.
    You can borrow from EZ-JOINT distributors.
    When using roller cutting machine
    It is manual roller cutter.
    It is used when cutting the pipe where power is not available.
  • STEP 2. LINE MARKING
    Use the EZ-JOINT Inserter to mark the insertion length.
    Be sure to perform this task to prevent leakage due to non-insertion.

  • STEP 3. INSERT PIPE

    Simply insert the pipe.
  • STEP 4. FINISH INSTALLATION
    Tightening completion
    Make sure that the pipe is fully inserted up to the marked line.
